Hello! Thank you for your interest in our guild. To become a member, simply fill out this form and send it off to us (or you can also print it out, fill it in, and send it through regular mail). We will process your membership once payment arrives. Be sure to include your website address if you have one, to be added to our site! Also important is to fill in as much information below as you can so that we can best promote your artwork to our visitors. We look forward to welcoming you to the group!

The Member Profile page can include up to 4 artworks, your bio, and contact information. CAG Membership w/ Webhosting ($55.00) This Membership option is for those who need webhosting for their existing website. Also includes all the basic benefits of Regular membership. (Note: If you already have a website address, you probably don't need this option. If you want the Member Profile page, it comes included with Basic Membership.)
